[resolved] Wrong status while learning skill

I'm learning Tinkering II, and when I click on the progress bar to read the description, under status it reads"You don't meet all the requirements for learning this skill."

Although it is my current learning skill that I just started.

PS - just switched to Refining, and it gives the same status message while I'm learning that skill too.

• I had the same thing for Gardening. Here is a screenshot showing it as my active "learning" skill even while the dialog says "You don't meet..."
  
  Nothing is highlighted in red, it seems to be that last text item only which is confusing.

• Yeah, this is a long-standing issue. Ignore it for now, we should have a fix.. eventually :)
