Halp! I cant get on glitch!

Everything is laggy!
Did help test, rebooted, still nothing!
I need my dose of glitch for the day if I need to survive! Eek!

- Could you please send in the results of a self help test anyhow? The game engineers are looking at what might be up, but it would be good of you to send one in from the link at the bottom of the test page after it finishes.
- Hello, KR- I am having the same issue and have reported it as a bug and am in the process of working through the steps recommended (Glitch support- you are awesome!) I'm simply posting to let you know that you're not alone. =)

Yeah, I don't think that's creepy at all, and not very appropriate to tell someone that, Kronos Rats. Ok? :)
So, we found that there is a good chance what you have been experiencing was related to some very long latency from our providers, that we understand has mostly cleared. Try getting into the game again, and let us know if you still have problems.

Still having problems, even worse than before. Getting booted off 5 minutes after i get on, finished scraping barnacles before i even started, say things 5 minutes after i type it in, all sorts of wacky things. Anyone else witnessing this?
(Im going on my Mac, going to see if it helps.) - Yep. Test page is showing over 10,000ms to the game server.

I'm having a lot of connection issues still (I keep losing connection to the server, harvest messages are delayed, etc). I'll keep trying! - thanks folks!

- Yes its super laggy, I have noticed in the last 2 weeks that it takes more than a minute to load the page, when it used to take 20 seconds flat to load the game.

Currently there's a lot of network issues in the reports we see; we had some issues with the internets leading out from us earlier, which *should* have been resolved according to the information we have, but we know there's still a lot of problems for folks.

- Someone is standing on the Cat5 cable, I bet...happens a lot. Still laggin' badddd.
- Yes I am having the same problems, however, i cannot even stay into the world for less than a minute. It also takes more than ten minutes for it to fully load (that is when it actually loads all the way). Thanks for the help glitch staff! I really appreciate your dedication!

Folks! Here is what we know-
Nearly everyone having a problem is tied to ATT's network somehow. It could be SBCGlobal, BellSouth, PacBell- and there are a couple of Windstream Communication folks in here to boot. But for the most part, most of you have ATT sourced internet access.
The blip we saw earlier this afternoon was for about an hour which may or may not be connected to those, but we think what is going on now is tied mostly to ATTs network, so somehow the tubes are clogged betwixt their overall network and us. It will most likely clear up for most folks on that network on it's own soon, how soon, I can't say. - I knew moving to an area where I was forced to have ATT was a bad idea I want my cable modem back *cries*
- good but bad to know. I use AT&T and haven't been able to get my glitch fix today =[

haha, I was in Live Help asking about the "God Hates You Badge" for being kicked out so many times when I got kicked out again :)
I'll keep tryin', though I've lost 150 health so far. So, maybe if I'm tryin' I'm dyin'? - I use uverse, so that holds.
- thank goodness a neighbor with an unprotected access point apparently does not use at&t
- Ok, things are starting to get better inch by inch by inch. The lag is slowly retreating, and whenever I talk, it only shows up ONE minute after I type it in. Bad AT&T!! (Thank ye'!)
- Thank you, kevbob, for getting to the root of the source. While the internets may be a series of tubes, it's good to know that it's mostly just one silly network (AT&T) and not the game itself.
- I do use AT&T. Haven't had any problems with other sites loading, just Glitch. Hopefully it will go back to normal. Thanks!

Um I'min France to not connected to AT&T, but no connection to the game server
And worse, my husband can get in on the SAME computer to his Glitch! -
Update... no he (I) can't any more... crashed on typing /home and now the same problem.

Man I was having problems too and I'm on AT&T.

OK seems to be working. Emergency fill-up of piggy feeders but working so will check again later.
Still weirdness, however? - I'm blocked at work, sadly, so my poor piggies will have to wait until this evening (and hopefully my connection will be behaving). Hang in there, piggies!

Definitely fixed, but I would like to know what AT&T are doing invading France?
Also, and another (this time public) thanks to the TS team because they REACT. - I'm on AT&T and can't get in-world today either. Glad to see I'm not alone. =/
