Blockmaker Parts Won't Go In a Toolbox?

hmmm, that doesn't seem right.
Has it always been that way?

• They are not tools. They are parts of a machine
  
  Check the Encyclopedia. The things in the Tool section all go in Tool Boxes, but the Block and Fuel maker have their own section called Machines, Blocks and Fuel

• Can we get a machine box then?  Maybe on wheels as people would often tote them around to street projects...
