Attic items gone

I had a bunch of stuff stored in the attic of my test house, but it wasn't in any of the moving boxes, including the one called "Inside Crinkle's House" where it should've been. I'm prepared to write it off, but folks on live help said file a bug report, so I'm filing.

• I think they may have meant an in-game bug report (look for a little ladybug over the Live Help chat) ;)
  (If you do it this way, stand inside your house when you click on the ladybug, as that gives staff more information to work with.)
