Really low frame rate.
Not lag (obviously) pulling the qp menu I'm seeing a consistently low frame rate. It's hovering round 9 with spikes of 12 and drops to 8 occasionally. This is with Google Chrome with nothing else open and all extensions disabled. Not sure what all information I might be able to provide as a means of figuring out either what the problem might be or what I might do on my end to fix it.

Have you tried the self help test?
Also, a reload of the page usually fixes such a problem. If not, restart your browser. Or even restart your computer if you haven't done that yet today. - Didn't know about the self help page (everything checked out) so thanks for that. Closed down browser and ran CCleaner so we'll see if that helps. I'm also running on a 64bit laptop and flash has been known to have issues with that so it may just be due to that. I'd forgotten about that when I first posted. Well just logged into the game and that seems to have fixed it. Guess I'll just have to run CCleaner periodically. Ah well.
- Well that does fix the problem but it still drops back down to around 9 very quickly. I'll keep trying the refresh trick. It seems to make it speed back up for at least a few minutes, just not for very long.
