Not getting "Fit for a King" upgrades

So far I've bought 3 of the Fit for a King upgrades, but I noticed that the last couple of times I finished a quest the little flying numbers being added to my imagination etc were not increased. The magic rock dialog showed the increase, but not the numbers shown flying up in the top left being added to my existing numbers.

• If you want staff to explicitly look at your issue, I'd suggest clicking the Bug icon from within the game the next time it happens.  
  
  That will give them a precise place to start looking for the problem.
