cosma emblem

i just tried collecting my cosma emblem but it didnt appear in my inventory - what should i do ? 
 please ....

• Did you have a full inventory?
  Did the interaction menu for the shrine still have "Get emblem" as one of the options after you tried to collect the emblem?
