Single stroke hoeing in veggie vs herb gardens

Problem is evident in vegetable plots for hoeing. The single action is more like a 1-1/2 action hoeing. The animation  consistently  continues beyond that exhibited for same action in herb garden. Now to see if the watering upgrade is affected similiarily...
