No "Bead Threader" badge for my Ouzian necklace?

About 3 hours ago I carefully reconstructed one ancient artifact necklace from Ouzian beads. I got a translucent screen overlay, telling me that I'd made a necklace from beads, but no badge.

The beads came from several sources. Some of them were from the first Feats, before the badge was available. Some were from this most recent Feat. Some were traded for, and some were purchased from SDBs at towers.

Help?

• Just adding a "me, too" to keep this alive.  (I've also seen at least 2 friends be awarded the badge, so it's appearing sometimes for some players, but not other times for others.)
