Lost Imagination, didn't get upgrade

I hit 2k Imagination and purchased the Speedy Herbs upgrade, but after buying it I lost my IMG but didn't get the upgrade. The button disappeared from the card but nothing else happened. I reloaded and my IMG is still gone but the card is still there to purchase.
