Donating Crying Gas

I can't seem to donate 2 crying gas. Whenever I do so, I get the following message:
dl.dropbox.com/u/7736782/Sc...
Note that is only appears when I try to donate by dragging.

  Was this the only dialog after you dragged the item?

• Okay, after a bit more playing, I have noticed that it appears randomly when dragging an item to the shrine for donation. I can't replicate it 100% of the time, but it has happened with other items.
