Patches to tend...

I'm having problems finding patches to tend. Am I missing something?

• Nope, just keep looking around.

• try the housing locations. usually empty patches, and by the time you walk each block the patches at the first one are usually ready to fill in again.

• Also - the biggest houses have 5 patches, untended, all to themselves.
