Speeding Up Learning

Which is better -- using all the Favor up to just short of getting an Emblem, or spending the Emblem on learning?

• that depends on how much favor you have with the giant.  An emblem is only ever worth 1000 favor.  So if you have to spend 3,000 favor to get one emblem, it's better to get to the limit every game day and spending that. 
  
  Buying an emblem for, say, 1000 currants, and spending it can also be cost-effective
