Artifacts?

I've not seen much discussion about the new artifacts and artifact pieces.  How does one acquire these positively perfect pieces of preformed prosperity?

• Through feats. There have only been the two feats so far, and only one that gave them out. It's still a work in progress so still a bunch of wrinkles in the ironing. That's probably why there's not much talk about them yet.
