"GOD" is being childish ...
I put this in my status update, but think it needs a wider audience.
Am I the only one feeling a little dissed by TS through the auspices of "GOD." At the end of this most recent feat segment, "GOD" decided to behave like a child with these comments: Oct 15 4:59:24PM GOD Ooooooooooooooh, well. That was close, anyway! Oct 15 4:59:24PM GOD And, you got the minimum. So … Oct 15 4:59:35PM GOD Don't feel like you are TOTAL losers, m'kay? Oct 15 5:00:21PM GOD TRA! LA! LA! I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!! I HAVE OMNIPOTENT EARPLUGS! GAWDDDDDD!!!!!!
It's really quashing any urge I have to participate in the next part of the feat. Maybe I'm just being overly sensitive, but does TS really want to taunt its players?

If it were taunting that we didn't meet the basic requirement, yeah, I'd say it was childish and uncalled for. But since we're all going to get prizes (those that donated, anyway), I think it's just silliness and fits with the game perfectly. One of the group chats I was in was "talking back" to GOD which actually led to some pretty fun timing with responses. Almost like GOD was actually watching our group.
Either way, I laughed at it and thought it was hysterical. - Well said Teena :) I love the way God teases use, I think its funny :)
- It felt like GOD was eavesdropping on PBMS chat (where we were calling GOD a bit of a brat), which gave us all a chuckle.
- Oh, I wish I'd been in one of those group chats at the time. It would likely have altered my perception. (Because I actually almost typed responses into local chat.)
- :D I laughed out loud at that. Why do so many people get their feelings hurt at these imagined slights?
- Definitely better if you were in a group chat and telling GOD how He was being a cheeky brat etc ;)

Never take anything that brat GOD says seriously... unless it's serious... seriously.

Even if "GOD" taunted us because we failed..I would still find it funny..LOL :D - I donated to the feast and got nothing and the Sparkly feat seems to have come up with a similarly stingy reward for me, maybe 'god' is just being cheap?

Only a little bit. I mean, we really, really want to taunt you, but only taunt you a little bit. It's complicated. -

@Eric -- I KNEW it was your fault!! It's always your fault! LOL and really, usually I do get the whole taunting thing. Thanks very much for responding. Um, could you lock this thread now? As I said, I am "over it" now. - Maybe you should taunt us more so people can feel some real distress lol

I want a written apology from GOD for being sorta mean in a jokey way. How dare s/he think players might not take offense!
I also want free credits, and a trophy just for signing up to play. - You guys should see the Old Testament. It's like the story of the whiniest baby ever. Just one screaming tantrum after another with that guy.
