So I saw salmon in the encyclopedia under 'animals'
I immediately made a connection to Jal. So I went to Jal to go meet the salmon. But there were no salmon.
I was very disappointed. :c
But I would like to say that since it is apparent stuff is appearing in Jal, this thread I made for ideas may be useful.

On pocket salmon discription,it says on his "forget about those boring,catch-me under the sea".That's hinting we could catch salmons from the sea directly?.
Also we could imagine aquariums in home streets so we can have salmons as home street recourse also :D.
Edit:Wow,more and more hints (even they may be lies...):

Tiny speck u ok - Yes, I see it under inhabitants when I search the encyclopedia, but it is gone when I try to click on the page...good catch! My guess is it will be introduced soon, and a couple of pages got ahead of the release...

I smell a conspiracy. It smells, oddly, fishy.
ETA: the description is for Pocket Salmon, but the words under it say Pocket Salmen. either a typo or a bunch of Mermen. I like the second idea better. -

1) it would appear others caught the Salmen typo in another thread.
2) Salmon are in vendors , with the Pocket Salmon description. maybe they just haven't made the transition fully yet. or maybe it always said that and I just never paid any attention. I'm having a hard time remembering every description of everything in game. I must be getting old. -
The old description for the old Salmon (now called Pocket Salmon) was the following:
A fresh, wild, untamed salmon. - Not quite off-topic: Before we get the eagerly awaited Pocket Salmon........do we HAVE pockets?
