If you have already subscribed and want to change tiers, you can now do that. The price is based on the difference between the tier prices.

  Quick question. Say you want to upgrade 6 months into your yearly subscription... will the difference you pay be pro-rated or will you still pay the difference based on annual rates?
  
  EDIT: Also, will "downgrades" be an option if you find you just have too many credits and teleportation tokens? I sincerely doubt this but it's always good to ask.

  Cerulean: it will be pro-rated (but, at some point during the year it will stop — probably a few months before the end). And no, no downgrades :)
