Moar Animals!
I noticed that the world of Glitch seems to have only three animals: piggies, chickens, and butterflies. The makers of Glitch should really diversify their world's biosphere.

i doubt that goat is actually two headed.
kind of like how the initial rook image stoot shared was multi-headed but wasn't multi-headed in game:

more likely the two heads are a result of the goat still being "onion-skinned" in preparation for being animated.

I'm reviving this because I'm curious to know what other animals people would like to see in the game, and what function they could possibly serve?
I'm hoping for squirrels. Just for cuteness.
As for more functional animals... maybe cats, which you could harvest hairballs from and, of course, the hairballs would serve some other purpose, haha.
Elephants. Which could provide ivory.
Horses. Which could give us glue. - Well, we now have frogs...
- Penguins. I know I'm not the only one who wants them. I can't think of a function of penguins in Glitch though... unless... you could squeeze them for fish?

Actually, I remember suggesting (this forum topic) a Groddle Heights mountain goat... and behold a few weeks later... fuckyeahkukubee posted one. Could have been coincidence though. Still, would love to see more animals. - Flying fish. Just because they are cool. (And we have an ocean coming, right?)
- Actually, those fish should ride recumbent, flipper-driven bicycles made of seashells.
- Remember "My Pet Monster"? It would be cool to have a pet monster that is customizable. It could help the Glitches find hidden items and be tied to skills, level achievement and quests.
- Or how about selkies who come randomly to give us assistance?

Flying monkeys that weild bananas and other random objects because monkeys love to steal and find things. Ps, monkeys love to get drunk
This maybe inappropriate but I would find it funny if you could get shrooms from a cow. Worse yet, consuming shrooms should make bizzarre things happen to your screen, purgatory shows up, rainbows, holes opening, the rook appears, or pigs start to fly.. To make it less overt, call it fun gee. Could boost mood, depending on what u see. It may also transport you to a random place
Snakes that give you snake oil, which will sap your energy and increase your mood. - Heh heh, we harvest mushrooms from piles of cow poo... and if we're lucky we get a shroom instead.

hm.... maybe we can squeeze crabs for allergys? the allergys can give you a mood decrease and energy decreases but have chances of having your energy refilled and mood refilled?
just a thought (-: - How about if you squeeze a crab, the next person to come near you gets an allergy :P
- I'd like to see pets, but i like that there are only 3 animals that give resources. If there are other random animals in the world, I would like them to be like the crab where you show something and they have you something, like a rabbit who gives out rabbits feet. Or each Giant can have an animal traveling around the world. I don't really want to see other resource animals.
- Don't forget the batterflies. :)
