"Wanted to buy" needed for auctions

Most likely this suggestion is moot, since auctions are likely to be changing, but it would be lovely to have some way to post a "wanted to buy" message somewhere.

• i know they're all up for overhauls, but it be nice and possibly easy to get a link from the encyclopedia to that item's auction page. would go along way towards making it easier to spot things you're looking for.
