Emblems --> Icons --> Shrines?
It would be cool to be able to build a shrine on a home street, perhaps from 11 icons of the same Giant. Or it could be a building project, requiring icons and other items. It could be that you could only build one shrine, or that you could build one for each Giant.
One implication of this would be that the rook could attack home streets (but only those that have one or more shrines, and only those whose owner is online in the world), and any shrines used to defend them. Perhaps, in the event of a home street rook attack, some kind of warning would go to the user who owns the home street and to the neighbors on their sign post... which is a nice way to promote neighborliness.
What do y'all think?

- This has been suggested before. I don't like the idea that much of having 11 icons make a shrine but I have always liked the idea of 11 icons making something and 11 of that making something so and so forth. I don't think a shrine would be that rewarding because they can just be found in public spaces.
