Badges from tithing icons

would be great to have badges tied in to tithing icons on other people's streets

• yeah, makes me feel really awful when i visit a street with lots of icons all in need of tithing. I tithe once on other people's streets and try not to take advantage of their generosity in leaving them in a public area.
  
  If we had badges connected to tithing on other people's streets, it would encourage players to do so instead of just taking the benefit for free and running off.
