Butter Sculpting

I would like to make butter sculptures.  They could be like zillowe'en carved pumpkins - perhaps we could sculpt the giants out of butter for a holiday.

Could we take over Lemadan, or Belabour Day?  What would be the most suitable holiday for such a pursuit?

We could also make sculptures out of spam, for the meatatarians among us.

• I live in Iowa, where we annually have a butter cow, and one other ridiculous thing made out of butter every year at the Iowa state fair. This year it was snow white and the seven dwarves. Trust me, its not nearly as exciting as it sounds.
  
  We also had a chocolate moose this year...
