Make the "Request for Permission" window only show once (when using Glitch related websites)
Why do I have to click on Allow everytime I want to use that website? Wouln't it be easier to allow it once, and when the owner adds new permissions, it will pop up again

That's a problem with the web site and the way they implement OAuth. For example, Glitch Atlas remembers you when you come back (using a browser cookie).
Technical note: don't store the auth token in a cookie, just the player's TSID and look up the auth token in your DB.
Player note: you can always revoke permission later, which will invalidate any cached auth token so having a site remember you doesn't compromise your ability to reject it later.
