combining partially used powders and potions

I think it would be nice if we could combine partially used powders and potions, that way if we have, for example two jars of partially used fertilidust with 2 and 3 uses left, respectively, we could combine them into one full jar so we don't have to take up 2 spaces in our inventory.

  Although it's pretty easy to half-depleted ones and just spam a random glitch til it disappears! :)
