Record our own musicblocks.
It would be amazing to be able to customize musicblocks. We could purchase blank musicblocks that when activated display a mic and you can record anything you want.. any type of sound (music, phrases, claps etc). Then you could mail to your friends, play for other players on the street, even form musicblock harmony groups with friends.

Great idea Yaya! I would love to do that. It would tie in with the idea for a performance area too. - Sounds like fun!

This could be very easily abused too. You could record anything and everything and some might be very offensive.

The abuse issue could be avoided if music boxes were constructed as some sort of MIDI object that used only Glitch-available instruments (not entirely sure how to regulate this, but it's a basic thought that a dev might be able to figure out).
We might want to call them and/or paint them something slightly different from Music Blocks, though, if only because we don't want the game-created ones (which have some specific abilities) to get confused with player-created ones. - Like in Animal Crossing where you could click-and-drag notes to make a fast song.

We'll file that one under 'cross-generational sharing opportunities'. I could force everyone to listen to It's a Small World or Copacabana. Think of the (hilarious) chaos that would ensue from my Harry Belafonte calypso days.... bad enough I already wander around singing 'work, work, work Senora! Work your body line'. - I like the idea of playing with glitch instruments but i would also love to record my own voice. So a mic option would be dandy

One of my high school summer jobs was working concessions at various events, festivals and golf events mostly. My best friend and I would each start the day singing a song, and see how long it would take before the other heard one of the customers humming it... I got a whole list of highly infectious ones :D
Just taught the kid how to play Lime in the Coconut on the guitar so the random can continue! - Lime and the coconut. That would definitely be somewhere on one of my musicblocks!
