that 15-second tinkering quest

You complete the quest by tinkering a tool for 15 seconds. It is impossible to complete the quest if you wait until Tinkering V, maybe IV or III. Changing or adding something to make it doable at Tinkering V would be cool.

• I've said this before, but I feel it'd be good if you got credit for performing quest actions even when the actions are performed before the rock officially assigns them.

• So the rock would say something like, "Well, I was going to have you do XYZ, but it looks like you jumped the gun, you gun-jumper!" ?
  
  or, "You read my mind with that chicken squeezing...and with that meditation..."
