Faded Heart anyone?

I was just wondering if there would be any interest in purchasing the faded heart I got from finding all 7 ghosts?  If so please post below with offers or trades.  I'm not definitely selling (unless I like the offer).  I'm really more interested to see if people would be willing to buy it from me :)

• Can it actually be traded? I'm not sure if that would cause bugs (I have not finished the quest yet), but would be interested. However, no idea on the price since technically everyone can get one from the quest so it's not a rare item in that sense.

• It's possible to transfer ownership of this item even without using the official "trade" feature. I mean, people have bought houses where the original owner left her faded heart behind in the cabinet, right? So the logistics of getting the faded heart into one's inventory don't seem all that hard. 
  
  My understanding, though, is that acquiring a faded heart WITHOUT finishing the quest does indeed cause problems with that quest. Someone on live help recently needed to have her quest reset because she'd found a faded heart in her cabinet. Her quest was buggy even though she tried to get rid of the heart by throwing it into a shrine. 
  
  That said, I'd be willing to spend 1k on the thing, just for the novelty of it.
