I created 2 brand new butterflies seven days ago. They shouldn't be gone. And why did they all die on THIS particular day? Plus, my third floor was not finished when I signed off last night. I feel very sad.

its finished now plus you have loads of butterflies ...shouldnt that make you happy?

The butterflies lifespan can get very short if they're regularly milked.

I used to get sad when they died but have got used to it. I replace a couple a day, if you add lots on one day then it's butterfly carnage about a week later.

Circle of life and all that.

*sigh* I know .... but I thought that at least the two I created last week would still be around. But I really thought somebody had taken them. I read that some kind of potion can be used to take chickens and butterflies.

It can, but it doesn't work on home streets. Stealing animals was a quite profitable business in the day. ;)
