How to make a video of your screen

If anybody wants to save some memories as a video, download a free trial of
Camtasia Studio 7!
with this you can make a Video of your Screen, cut it, you can place own music under if you want to, and you can render and convert into several formats. Sorry for my worse English.
i recommend MPEG 4 , in good quality to run on PC, but there are also converts into smaller files too.
But please, its for your own use only, not for publishing.
I will miss you all, this hint is all, i can do for all that wonderful Glitchens in here.
