Croppery skill status inconsistency
I was able to start Croppery quite late in the game for its skills (I'm currently level 22, well past discovering the benefits of crops). But as I started learning it, its status in my skill table was incorrect.

While I may have not followed the standard skill-learning plateau, Croppery should reflect its availability and—I'd argue—be much earlier in the skill tree.
