More prominent sell price for realty
When I went to sell my house today, I glanced at the purchase price in the upper-right hand corner and clicked the sell button right before I noticed that the actual selling price was in non-bold paragraph text, so instead of getting $2000 back like I expected, I got $1600. It'd be nice if that sell price were a bit more prominent, say maybe a big bold "Sell for $1600" button.
(Insert joke about naive homeowners and predatory financial institutions.)
