meditation rewards don't match the notices
I saw that when meditating, the dialogue would tell me I received x mood or energy, but the increase next to the status indicators would show a different number.
I mostly noticed because of the quest that asks you to get 50 mood. I got 50 in the dialogue a couple times, but only really got 48 (even though my mood was more than 50 below max).
