Skill learning countdown bug

Repro Steps
-----------
Start learning a skill
Click on the rock on the game client
Keep the windows with skill learning progress open

Expected Behavior
-----------------
The countdown should halt as soon as the skill has been learned

Actual Behavior
---------------
Sometimes, the countdown goes on counting (-1 secs, -2 secs, -3 secs...)
