Seam Streets Quest (Explore The Seams)

Is there a reason that the areas "Behind key-locked doors" in the basements do not count towards the completion of this quest?

Could there be a way that the quest wording could either explain this or, perhaps, indicate that not all areas "behind key-locked doors" are seams?

• The real Seam streets connect two different areas in the game.  The first one mentioned in the Quest connects Andra and Kajuu.  The Puzzle streets in the basements are NOT Seam streets.  yes, they do take you from one area to another but they just are not the same thing as a Seam.

• I agree with your description, but the quest makes no mention of that. It will be a hard learned lesson for new players who do not "know" the difference between locked doors and locked doors that lead to seam streets.
