Besara Completist

I have visited every street, checked off every list found needed to receive this. Visited every street again and still have not received the achievement. I believe this has to be a bug at this point. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do. Thank you.

• I have been to all of these seam streets:
  Autumn Lodge
  Kristel Kaos
  Oppidan Avenue
  Palindrone
  Plexus
  Snool
  Umbra
  Wintry Place
  I have also visited all of these color based underground streets:
  Amberlyza
  Blooian
  Fernucopia
  Griinolyza
  Orangian
  Piryan
  I still have not received my Besara completist acheivement. Scratching my head here. Is there a quest that involves Besara that I need to complete? Are the Devs able to look at my account and tell me what I am missing?
