Fast Scraper Upgrade Card has placeholder image

...I think. It has a running grey Glitch, which I thought was being used as a placeholder, and anyway isn't related to the upgrade.

• This is mainly because there's no skill for scraping barnacles, thus no handy skill icon to use for the image.
