Upgrades I seem to have, but seem not to have...

Any skills listed in Upgrades given during conversion
don't appear with a check-mark next to them in the big list of upgrades (www.glitch.com/upgrades/all/).

Also - I'm certain I have a skill learning brain (I mean, i have 101 already) but it isn't checked off either...

The OCD/completionist side of me is irked by these inconsistencies
