Issue with Seed Dibber Libation

When trying to pour this, I got the following message: You tried to pour a Seed Dibber Libation. Oops, that garden doesn't have any clean plots anymore.

All the plots were hoed and watered when I tried this....I don't get it?  The plots *were* clean!

• Same problem, but specifically with pumpkin seeds.  It worked with Rubeweed earlier in the day. I bugged it in-game in case it provided more useful info.

• Mine was with pumpkin seeds, too...maybe it just doesn't work with those.  :(
