When did SDBs stop identifying their contents on MouseOver?

Now I have to actually choose the Menu Item "remove" before I get information on the contents. Not convenient!

• Is there anything close to the SDB?  In my Shop, some of my machines are very close to a couple SDBs.  Those particular SDBs do not give info with a mouse over as the others do.  I don't think it is a Bug but rather a conflict with the machines.

• We've seen a few reports on tooltips not being shown in various places with Safari on Mountain Lion. Might be that Pascale.

• The machine I was using was running Snow Leopard, just FYI.
