Tilnat Park Fox Brush and Bait bug

I spoke to the Fox Ranger and he said he'd provide me with a license, a free brush and 5 bait. 

After I paid him, i clicked Get Tips but apparently that cancelled the Fox Ranger from giving me my brush and free bait. That's 500 currants down the drain for me. I can't find it in any of my bags or inventory.

Please help.

• Very strange! I've nudged the ranger a bit and you should have the brush and the bait now.
