missing items and quest bugs

Dear staff
I've had a couple of incidents where I got my trophy for all the giant emblems but when I moved house (this was before the housing reset) it disappeared, and when I got my first icon (tii) it disappeared after after a while as well. I would love to get these items back (especially the trophy because it is really nice and I can't get another one so I was wondering if there was any way I could do that.
Also with the quest machine pit stop, I tried doing it but I didnt manage it and when I try and do it again it says 'your already doing this quest'. I have even tried assembling and dissasembling my machines but it doesn't work - the quest is just stuck in my quest log and it is really annoying.

I'm currently holding all eleven emblems in my inventory and have not received the Emblem Trophy. I'm wondering if this is a related bug.

Hi folks- please open a help case for these issues. (UD, for the machine quest, I removed that as we took the quest out of the game some time ago.)
