• Heya folks- check out the second paragraph of our known issues topic; we have some things to try in an FAQ, as well as a tool which can help test to see if there is something obvious connection related. If you still have problems after trying the FAQ suggestions, submit a case via the self help test, and we can look.

• Restarted comp, still the same, so ran self help test. it says all ok have sent results, but I still have same problem

• Yeah Caggie, Little Poundcake has  discovered a problem with the street you are trying to load. Can you stop trying to get in for a few minutes? We want to move you to another location. We'll let you know when we have done that. :)

• Caggie, we had to log in as you to help the process along a bit, so pardon us for our posting as you. But, we fixed that street to get the problem sorted, so all better. :)
