ordered 60 meat from a frog and on my screen it said : +91

what is this about, and is this a bug?

It might be that your 60 meat got split across partial stacks in your bags... so maybe one stack got 9 meat (and was then full at 60) and another stack (or empty slot) then got 51 meat - the numbers you saw may be the +9 and +51 laid over each other, making it look like +91
