Invisible emblems

I'm currently getting all my first emblems; I've gotten three so far and for all three, I get the 'First Emblem' achievement but the emblems don't show up in my inventory. They're not visible in any of my bags, there are no 'full' slots with no image where the emblems should be, the bag item counts don't reflect that there are any emblems in there and the inventory search shows I don't have them. If I reload the game, they do finally show up. I hit the bug report button the first time and the TS staff who answered me said she could see the emblem in my inventory, but for me it wasn't there at all until I reloaded.
