Ancestral Lands Reset

I was in the Ancestral lands with perhaps only a minute or so left. I exited the game from there.

When I rejoined the game a while later, it was a new day and the AL clock was at the same place. It quickly wound down and kicked me out.

Is this the way its supposed to work? Its a new day. Shouldn't my Nostalgia clock be reset?

• The nostalgia clock s based on how long you are in the AL, not on game day time. If you had been in game, it would not have reset either.
  
  You can teleport to your house and it will stop counting though, so if you need to take a break that is the way to do it.

• If you log off while in the AL I believe your timer setting remains unchanged (ie it does not reset to zero after 30 mins of real time passed). At least that was the way it used to be, haven't tested it lately. As Kook said, you have to leave the AL in order for your timer to reset.
