Housing (again!)
Not sure if this is the best place for this but throwing it out there anyway. (again!!)
I would be very interested to hear from Tiny Speck about their philosophy on houses.
There are vast numbers of less expensive properties still for sale which have been there for the whole of the test, but there is a terrible shortage of new large houses in some areas.
There were lots and lots of the smaller Alakol houses, some of which are still available, and yet many people want the larger ones (myself included) so why could those not be available instead?
Is there some philosophical reason for this, or is it just some practical problem with larger houses?
I realise we are just testing, and all will be lost in the reset, but in the long term it would seem not to be a good idea to have large numbers of unwanted property and a shortage of desirable houses, unless there is an intention to encourage re-sale between players and an increase in property prices driven by market forces.
I would be grateful for feedback on this issue.
