Please put "Zilloween celebration" on the calendar

Please make a banner on the calendar to let people know when Zilloween is being celebrated. That question comes up so often in Live Help... people don't know when it starts, and they are surprised when it is over, no matter how many times and places it is posted in the forums or mentioned in Live Help. 
Pretty please. With a cherry on top.
