More consistency with player targeted actions [moon vs. soak]
just got the soak a player quest today... was a little lost at first trying to soak another player because its trigger was different then the previous player targeted actions/quests [speaking of mooning, kissing, etc]. For soaking you hit the menu on the watering can and not the player you want to target and then select the player from the list of everyone in the zone.
I prefer targeting the person myself [particularly if its a busy zone] but I think above all it should be a consistent interaction either way
