tower versus clubhouse

I would love to have a choice between owning a tower or a clubhouse for my home street!

I know i'd choose the clubhouse without a doubt.
It could start out really little with just one platform and be upgradeable/expandable much like adding extra floors to the tower.

Please please please...!

• I've looked at it 12 hours later, and if you consider it closely all of the clubhouse stuff is up in the air - you could totally have a clubhouse and still have room for a house and resources down below.

• Definitely second these ideas~ (both the clubhouse and WalruZ's private roomidea) I have a bunch of close-knit friends and we would really love to have this.
