There needs to be a way to invite someone to your location, but it costs them the teleport.

• Give them a TP script, but don't imbue it.

• This is easy enough to do.  go to your home street and meet your friend there.  have your friend follow you.  return to wherever you were.  Friend has now been transported there.  No TP cost incurred.
